Meet Kylie
I’m a mom to three kids, age 5 and under, who happily go to bed each night and sleep until the morning. I am able to spend the quiet evenings with my husband or enjoy time to myself.
Before I began sleep consulting, I was a teacher for 8 years. I have always enjoyed working with kids and helping them learn new things!
When my daughter was born, I loved every minute (well, most minutes!) of becoming a mom. After doing some reading and experimenting, I quickly realized how much a schedule and good planning were extremely important to make sure feedings, naps and BEDTIME all lined up.
After each of my two sons were born, I thought I could use the same approach that worked for my daughter - it turns out all babies really ARE different! It was then that I decided to read as many books as I could find, and learn more about babies and sleep. It was fascinating and fun for me to research different techniques and figure out what worked best for each of my boys.
I began my journey of sleep consulting because I wanted to learn even more about baby sleep and be able to help other moms. It can be so frustrating as a new mom (or second or third time mom!) to navigate the new things that come your way - all while being completely exhausted from caring for your little ones.
There are SO many different resources and articles that you can find about sleep for babies and toddlers. But, which ones are the best for your child? What if you have questions along the way?
